What information do we not collect?

Our web server does not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, personal information or any other information on other pages you have accessed or visited on the Internet.

What information do we collect and how it may be used

When you sign up for Rising Bird’s services, you provide us with both business contact and billing information. This information typically includes your name, address, phone number and email address as well as the billing contact for your company.

While you are an Rising Bird client, we manage your contact information along with your choice of services and customer logs. In addition, we may store your email correspondence with us and any other information necessary to enable us to successfully complete the services you’ve purchased from us.

Rising Bird will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any email or account information.  Rising Bird will only disclose client information:

1. When it is necessary to purchase services or products on the client’s behalf to carry out the stated service. 
2. If it becomes necessary to provide information to a law enforcement agency and appears to pertain to the commission of a crime.
