Rates and Payment

Rising Bird believes in providing superior professional services at affordable rates. In general, our rates are on a per project basis but we do offer our repeat clients a retainer option. Our hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments. Our services and rates are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. In some cases our rates are negotiable depending on the size and duration of project.

Rates

Clerical Services: $15-$30 per hour depending on task.

Accounting Services: $15-$25 per hour depending on task.

Non Profit Services: $15-$30 per hour depending on task.

Website Management: $25-$75 per hour depending on task.

Desktop Publishing: $25 per hour.

For large projects we will develop a contract, outlining the details of the project. The signed contract and a 50% deposit must be received within four business days of job acceptance to begin project.

Retainer Option

A minimum commitment of $250 paid on the first of each month. Retainer fees are not refundable.

Payment

We accept checks, money orders, Visa and Master Card. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks and work shall cease until balance is paid in full.

Terms

A 50% deposit is required to initiate services and final payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other payment arrangements have been made. Late fees are assessed as follows:

30 days overdue: 15% interest fee added to total amount owed.
45 days overdue: 30% interest fee added to total amount owed. Services shall be paused until total balance, including interest, is paid in full.
